Corralejo Añejo is crafted from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave at Hacienda Corralejo in Guanajuato, Mexico. Double distilled and aged for 12 months in a combination of American and French Limousin oak barrels, it develops a rich balance of agave, oak and warm spice.
Oak, cocoa, vanilla and peppercorn aromas lead into caramel, white pepper and cardamom, finishing full-bodied with lingering barrel character.
