Piper-Heidsieck Riviera French Riviera Edition is a distinctive Champagne created specifically to be enjoyed over ice, inspired by the relaxed art de vivre of the French Mediterranean coast. Based on the House’s Piper On Ice ritual created in 2006, Riviera balances generous fruit character with freshness and is crafted from more than 50 Champagne crus.
The blend combines 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Meunier, and 20% Chardonnay, with a minimum of 25% reserve wines. Aged for at least 24 months on the lees followed by a minimum of six months after disgorgement, this Demi-Sec Champagne has a 35 g/L dosage and is designed to retain its balance when served over ice. Its expressive profile brings together fresh pineapple, grapefruit zest, white flowers, lemon sorbet, pear, and crushed mint.
