Ruinart Rosé is a multi-vintage Champagne that brings together the aromatic freshness of Chardonnay with the fruit and structure of Pinot Noir. The blend consists of 45% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims and 55% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, including 12% Pinot Noir vinified as red wine to create its distinctive rosé character.
Crafted from 30–40 crus with 20–30% reserve wines from multiple harvests, Ruinart Rosé undergoes temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation, malolactic fermentation, and 2–3 years of cellar aging. With an 8 g/L dosage, it balances generous roundness and fine structure with exotic fruit, fresh red berries, floral notes, warm spice, peppermint, and pink grapefruit.
