Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut is the signature Champagne of the historic Reims Maison, built around Pinot Noir to deliver the strength, freshness, aromatic richness, and silky texture that define the Veuve Clicquot style. The cuvée brings together wines from approximately 50–60 crus across Champagne and incorporates up to 45% reserve wines to maintain the House style from year to year.
The current blend is 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and 20% Meunier, with a Brut dosage of 9 g/L and a minimum of three years aging on the lees. Pinot Noir provides structure, Chardonnay contributes freshness and finesse, and Meunier adds fruitiness, creating a balanced Champagne with pear, apple, peach, mandarin, grapefruit, brioche, pastry, and subtle dried-fruit notes.
