High West Double Rye is a Blend of Straight Rye Whiskeys created to showcase the bold spice and botanical character of high-rye whiskey. High West’s official specifications identify a blend of MGP straight rye made from 95% rye and 5% barley malt and High West straight rye made from 80% rye and 20% malted rye.
Bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof), Double Rye combines column- and pot-still whiskeys aged a minimum of two years. The photographed bottle is the 750ml presentation and is labeled “Double Rye” without an exclamation mark.
