Almaviva 2022 is a premium Chilean red wine from Puente Alto in the upper Maipo Valley. Made from a Bordeaux-style assemblage led by Cabernet Sauvignon, Almaviva combines Chilean terroir with French winemaking traditions and expertise.
The official 2022 blend is 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Carménère, 4% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. It is aged for 20 months in French oak, 70% new, creating a structured and elegant wine with ripe cassis, wild strawberry, blackberry, cedar, spice, vanilla, walnut, licorice and cacao.
