Made from locally grown organic heirloom barley, Brenne is twice distilled in an alembic Charente still and matured using new French Limousin oak and Cognac casks. Estate Cask is composed from individually matured casks selected for balance, showcasing the distinctive fruit-forward style that comes from combining French single malt whisky with Cognac-region production and maturation techniques.
