Monte Tre Carlini Negroamaro is a 100% Negroamaro red from Tenute Girolamo, produced in the Itria Valley of Puglia, Italy. Part of the estate’s Top Single Vineyard selection, it comes from vineyards approximately 450 meters above sea level, planted on limestone mixed with the region’s characteristic red soils.
After gentle maceration and fermentation in stainless steel, the wine matures for 12 months using French oak barriques and stainless-steel tanks, followed by 6 months of bottle aging. The result is a dry, smooth and persistent Negroamaro with blackberry, cherry and plum fruit, complemented by cinnamon and coffee nuances and rounded, harmonious tannins.
