Emendis Brut Vintage is a traditional-method Cava from the Emendis winery in Barcelona, Spain. Part of the house’s 1186 Cava collection, it is crafted from the classic local varieties Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada, delivering a balanced style that combines fresh fruit, gentle acidity and fine bubbles.
The wine spends a minimum of 18 months on the lees, building texture and complexity while retaining freshness. Pale with golden highlights, it offers fresh and ripe white fruit, citrus, bay leaf and orange-caramel nuances, followed by soft bubbles, fine acidity, a rounded velvety palate and a distinctive touch of almond on the finish.
