The current 100-proof expression features a 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley mash bill and is non-chill-filtered. Brown sugar and cinnamon pastry aromas lead into vanilla, graham cracker, dried cherry, roasted marshmallow, and gentle spice.
