Resalte VS Vendimia Seleccionada 2022 is a 100% Tempranillo red wine produced by Bodegas Resalte de Peñafiel in Ribera del Duero, Spain. The 2022 vintage comes from selected high-altitude plots in Manzanillo, Fuentenebro and Torre de Peñafiel, with vineyards situated above 900 meters.
The grapes are manually harvested in 15-kilogram boxes and selected at the winery. Vinification is carried out by gravity without pressing the grapes or using aggressive pumping, followed by approximately 20 days of maceration. The wine is aged for 12 months in large-format oak barrels with racking every three months. The official technical sheet lists 14% ABV for the 2022 vintage.
