Riazul Reposado is a 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila made from hand-selected agave grown for approximately seven years in the Jalisco Highlands of Mexico. Riazul Tequila uses roller-mill extraction without diffusers, natural-yeast open-air fermentation and double distillation to preserve a bright, expressive agave character.
Unlike Riazul Plata, the Reposado is matured in American oak barrels, adding vanilla and rounded wood character while maintaining the freshness of the agave. The producer describes pineapple and vanilla aromas leading to a smooth, bright palate and a distinctly herbal and floral aftertaste.
