Santa Pedrera Joven is an artisanal mezcal born in San Agustín Amatengo, Oaxaca, Mexico, and made from 100% Espadín agave. The agave matures for approximately 7–9 years before harvest, followed by traditional artisanal production that expresses the character of its Oaxacan origin.
Bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof), Santa Pedrera delivers cooked agave, herbal and citrus notes alongside earthy minerality and restrained smoke. Its bold Espadín character makes it an expressive mezcal for sipping neat or bringing authentic agave depth to cocktails.
