The grapes are manually harvested and undergo spontaneous and controlled fermentation. The wine is then matured for approximately five months in American oak barrels and bottled unfiltered. This brief maturation complements its fresh red-fruit character with subtle vanilla and smoky notes without overwhelming the Tempranillo fruit.
