Part of the Shimizu-No-Mai Pure Series created specifically for the U.S. market, Pure Dusk is crafted for balance, combining refined aromatics with a mild, smooth texture and exceptionally clean finish.
Made with Akita Sake Komachi rice polished to 45%, Pure Dusk reaches the highly refined Junmai Daiginjo classification while retaining a clear expression of its rice. At 15.5% ABV, it shows bright pear and green apple alongside mineral, fresh orange peel and cantaloupe nuances, finishing clean and dry.
