Vega Medién Zero is a 0.0% dealcoholized sparkling wine produced by Cavas Marevia in Requena, Valencia, Spain. Made from 60% Macabeo and 40% Sauvignon Blanc grown in the producer’s higher-altitude vineyards, it is designed to retain the freshness, acidity and aromatic character of its wine base while offering a completely alcohol-free sparkling expression.
Dealcoholization takes place at the Requena winery using low-temperature technology to evaporate the alcohol while preserving the wine’s aromas and structure. At 0.0% ABV with 65 g/L residual sugar, Vega Medién Zero is pale yellow with green highlights and fine bubbles, offering fresh pear and white-floral aromas followed by lively, well-integrated acidity and a long floral finish.
